  • Please ensure you have completed your conference registration before booking the hotel.
  • When making reservation with the hotel by email/telephone/fax, please indicate you are delegate of “UFI Asia-Pacific Conference 2024” to enjoy the delegate rates for the nights at the above specified dates.
  • You are welcome to book extra nights at the prevailing rates, to be advised by the hotel reservation desk.

Payment And Cancellation


  • Each delegate will be responsible for his/her own room, service, tax and incidental charges. 
  • The Hotel requires a first night deposit of room, service and tax charges, per room, to guarantee accommodation. 
  • Deposits must be received no later than fourteen (14) days, Macao (GMT+8), after the reservation is made. The refunding of deposits will only be made when individual room reservations are cancelled at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. 
  • Please read carefully the complete cancellation policies upon making a reservation with the hotel.
