- Mr. Bailey is the Founder and CEO of Bailey Communications, the organiser of Asia’s largest education technology exhibition. He has previously served as Managing Director of Diversified Communications (Hong Kong & Singapore) Ltd. and Asia Business Events Ltd. Since 2016, he has held the position of Chairman of the Hong Kong Exhibition and Convention Industry Association (HKECIA).
With 28 years of experience in exhibition creation and event organisation, Stuart and his team have been working in Hong Kong since 2002. He maintains strong connections with government and industry stakeholders and is a member of the Hong Kong SAR Government’s Tourism Recovery Task Force, the Vocational Training Council Training Board, the Hong Kong Craft Beer Association, and the Hong Kong Association of Cricket Officials.
