- Lia has over 21 years of experience in Indonesia’s Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition (MICE) industry. As Country Manager, she is committed to driving collaboration, innovation and sustainable growth within the industry through her strategic approach and hands-on leadership.
Lia holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and a Master of Science in International Conference Management from Sheffield Hallam University, UK, combining technical expertise with international MICE industry knowledge.
Her professional journey spans leadership roles at one of Indonesia’s leading B2C exhibition organisers, where she advanced to General Manager of the automotive division, and Seven Event, where as Director she successfully managed the inaugural edition of Indonesia’s & ASEAN’s largest Auto Show , the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) in 2015. Since joining Pamerindo Indonesia in 2020, she has progressed from Portfolio Director for Energy & Engineering to her current role as Country Manager.
