- Angela Herberholz is a professional facilitator, mediator, and trainer with a dedicated focus on the global exhibition and business events industry. She supports executive teams, boards, and HR leaders in handling difficult conversations, aligning on decisions, and addressing workplace tension early. She designs and moderates structured dialogues and meetings, supports governance and team processes, and conducts workplace mediation (individual and group).
Her work is grounded in neutrality, confidentiality, and intercultural awareness, with experience facilitating inclusive processes for neurodivergent professionals.
She brings over 15 years of international experience, including work in the mediation department of the International Chamber of Commerce and various roles with UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry. She has been selected as a mediator by the Paris Court of Appeal and is a guest professor at universities and business schools in France and Italy. Based in Paris, she runs an independent practice and works internationally in English, French, and German.
